Help set-up the innovationlab
This tech group wants to extend their service portfolio with an additional innovation-lab. Where new solutions can be prototyped and explored within weeks, combining the best expertise from the whole tech group. My role was to transfer knowledge of successful innovation labs, design innovation workshops and structure team processes to ensure outcomes.
